Rail & Road guarantees a respectful handling of collections from pickup to the issuance of the last check. The selling process emphasizes communication, documentation, and integrity. Collections are fully insured while at Rail & Road, and consignors can expect payment approximately 30 days after the sale date.
Absolutely. While Rail & Road is based in the Midwest, we recognize that exceptional transportation collections are found nationwide. We are willing to travel outside the Midwest to pack and relocate your collection to our Lafayette Indiana warehouse.

Catalogs are made available online 30 days before the sale, allowing potential bidders ample time to review offerings. Various bidding methods, including online absentee, online, and phone bidding, contribute to a comprehensive buyer outreach strategy.
